A Friend’s Book Recommendation
I talked to a friend that I haven’t talked to in a while. I asked her how tracking her menstrual cycle was going because we had talked about the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility a long time ago. She highly recommended a new book: Making Babies: A Proven 3-Month Program for Maximum Fertility.

Mini-Retreat
Matt is going away for the weekend, and I’m seizing the opportunity to plan a little retreat for myself. By “little” I mean that I’m not actually going anywhere. But I am planning some retreat-like activities for myself.And boy could I use a retreat. January was an insanely busy month at school, and February is turning out to be very similar. Sorry for the rather blunt title.In fact, this post is going to be rather blunt. Definitely feel free to excuse yourself now, if you don’t want to hear a candid discussion of my bowel movements (I don’t blame you!).
