Meal Prep in 1-2 Hours a Week
You all know I hate cooking and yet value nightly family meals immensely. So I am always trying to hack my way through it!I feel like I am finally almost in a rhythm. Each Sunday, I start meal prep at 3:30pm (with the goal of being totally done by 5pm). It helped to give myself a specific time. Prior to that, I would sort of spend all day Sunday dreading the start of meal prep. Now–not so much!We cook five meals a week at home (and eat out on Friday and Saturday nights). This week we are having:- Mac-n-cheese (homemade, not from a box)

Hiring Help in the Kitchen
When we found out about all of our food sensitivities a couple months back, I immediately posted on our neighborhood list-serv to see if anyone was interested in coming over on Sundays and helping me do meal prep for the week.
