Christmas List
I’m trying to stay on top of the fall/winter holidays this year. One of the things that always happens to me is that I have to scramble to pull together a Christmast list of present ideas, per the request of my mom and grandma.
When I’m left scrambling for things, I can never seem to think of anything that I really, really want! I’ve been trying to get better at keeping a list all year long, so I don’t put myself in that position.
Here’s what I’ve got so far:
-
Subscription to Sunset Magazine
-
A personal screen-printing machine
- Book: Making a Family Home
- Book: Simplicity Parenting
- KitchenAid mixer bowl

I always have the same problem. I know there are things I've said "Ooo, I want that." But then I can never remember what they are.
I use Wishpot.com. You put a button in your browser so when you come across something you'd like, you click the button and it adds it to your wishlist, which you can then tell your family and friends about. You can make several different lists, so I have one for ideas for things to get my fiance as well.

I keep up my wishlist on Amazon throughout the year. My mom loves giving books. It's exciting to start thinking about the holidays. I'm so excited for it to NOT be 105 degrees (Phoenix area, ugh).

I'm definitely going to make the switch to a web-based system next year. Thanks for the inspiration, ladies!
