A Built-in Desk
One of the last things we need to think about for our house is whether or not we want to have a built-in desk. The entryway to our home is huge (it’s similar to the photo above, except there is more than 2-feet deep of wall space underneath the narrow window). Kitchen Organization
Since I spend an inordinate amount of time breastfeeding these days, I’ve been using my time to plan our imminent move. For example, I’ve been focusing on our kitchen. the space is relatively small (and we have an inordinate number of appliances), so we’re going to have to be strategic about maximizing every available inch.
Here are some of the space-saving strategies we’re thinking about implementing:1) Using tension rods to create vertical storage for baking sheets, cutting boards, etc.
