Simple Bread Recipe: My Favorite!
I’m not one of those people who is going crazy on Pinterest trying to find activities for my children to do during the pandemic. For the most part, our lives follow a regular routine. Matt homeschools the boys for 2-3 hours each morning. They play before lunch. They work with me to make lunch, and then we picnic and swim in the pool. Then it’s 2-3 hours of choice screen time in the afternoon and then they play around again (mainly legos and make believe). They also listen to a lot of audio books, build forts, and eat snacks. However, Tate has been begging me to help him make gluten-free bread. So I pulled out my favorite simple bread recipe to put it to the test.
My favorite simple bread recipe comes from Kylie at How We Montessori. She and I collaborated to produce a simple cookbook for kids. Henry and I use to make her recipe a lot. Homemade bread is so tasty! I don’t recommend trying it with gluten free flour. But the regular version is great!
