Spring Break Plans: What are my intentions?

Before I head into any break, I like to set my intentions for that break. Do I want to prioritize rest and relaxation? Do I want adventure? Quality time with family? Time to advance projects I’ve been wanting to work on? I can’t do it all, so being intentional about what I want to do helps me prioritize my time.
We are heading into a two-week break with four distinct parts:

I’m loving this book so much—The Power of Showing Up: How Parental Response Shapes Who Our Kids Become and How Their Brains Get Wired. It’s about how the most important thing we can do as parents is to show up for our children. Showing up means that we help them feel safe, seen, soothed, and secure.
