Working with a Nutrition Coach: I’m Excited to Try It!
If y’all subscribe to my weekly perimenopause newsletter or my weekly personal newsletter, you know I spend a lot of time thinking about how to support my body and mind as I head into the next phase of my life: perimenopause. New Podcast Episode: A Check-in with our 80-Year-Old Selves
I really enjoyed stepping back with Katherine to chat about the kinds of lives we want to say we had when we are 80!
We start with our current Highs and Lows (i.e., two weeks home alone, book club retreats, and COVID anxiety). Then we shift into Today’s Topic focused on our long-term lifetime goals. Next we share a couple of Tips & Tricks (TikTok shenanigans and writing schedules on antibiotic bottles). Finally, we close out with Facing Forward to share what we want to make true in our lives in the next two weeks as we work to cultivate lives full of joy, purpose, and community.
