Noom for a Healthy Life: Noom Me Versus the Old Me
I’m still going strong with using Noom for a healthy life. It has been about 2.5 months. I’ve been putting much better habits into place, which feels great. I’ve also lost about 15 pounds.
One of the activities Noom had us do last week was to brainstorm some of our new habits versus our old habits.
The first thing I love is that I’m walking thousands of steps every day. I hit this goal through a combination of working at my treadmill desk and going for walks through the neighborhood.

Bringing Your Child with You to Vote
When I made my initial plan for voting early, I decided to head to the polls one day after work. The early voting place is literally between my work and my home (which are already only 2 miles apart!). However, I started thinking about the concept of bringing your child with you to vote and how important it is. That’s when I decided to change my plan!
