How to Practice Mindfulness: Any Recommendations?
The boys and I have been obsessed with watching the reality TV show Alone. It’s about 10 survivalists who are competing to endure the wilderness for as long as possible. Each person is completely alone. Therefore, they even have to film themselves! I didn’t realize that watching this show would lead me down the path of asking how to practice mindfulness.

I’ve been reflecting on what Barack Obama said recently: “It’s natural to wish for life ‘to just get back to normal’ as a pandemic and economic crisis upend everything around us. Best Movies for Family Movie Night: Here’s My List
One of our new rituals as a family is a Friday Movie Night. I know it’s not particularly innovative or interesting, but it’s new to us! It’s been a good way to keep sheltering-in-place entertaining. I’m now on the hunt for the Best Movies for Family Movie Night!
