    COVID-19 threw a major wrench in our work at our lab school in Austin. However, we are moving forward with making our strategic plan for next year. I really enjoyed reading The Four Disciplines of Execution. It helped me gather information about what seems like a really effective method for setting goals and motivating others to achieve them.

    Ever since I started reading The Wellness Project, I’ve been wanting to get back on the natural beauty products bandwagon. I care deeply about organic, natural products that are good for the body and the Earth. However, the past couple years of parenting have left little time for me to consider or care about my full-range of values. Unhealthy products have snuck back into my repertoire. It’s so hard to fight it when the products work really well!

    Book Recommendations: What Are You Reading?

    What do you have more of in your life now that we are sheltering in place? Since I’m introverted, my life honestly isn’t much different. I like spending large amounts of time at home. When we do go out during non-sheltering-in-place times, we tend to do calmer, quieter things like eat tacos at a park, hike, swim in a lake/creek, etc. We only have one activity in our kids’ lives (scouts).
