    Easy Meal Planning: The Struggle Is Real

    I have been in such a meal planning rut lately. Fortunately, I love my system for organizing recipes, selecting which meals we are going to eat, and generating a grocery list organized by category. However, finding recipes that meet all of my criteria feels like too much work. I struggle to find recipes that support easy meal planning!

    $25 Trader Joe’s Cheese Board

    I’ve been excited about building cheese boards with Trader Joe’s ingredients. I built a huge one for my birthday party (#treatyoself), but I wanted to figure out a more affordable version for everyday get togethers.

    Enter the $25 cheese board! Here’s what it includes:

    • Brie
    • Truffle cheese
    • Salami
    • Rosemary Italian Style Crackers
    • 3-Seed Beet Crackers (for gluten-free folks)
    • Blueberries
    • Cowboy Bark

    There are so many things I had to pass up in order to keep the cheese board this affordable (like goat cheese, dried fruit, other types of crackers, and rosemary almonds!). But I’m happy with the way it turned out.
