I was so inspired by this Lazy Genius Podcast episode. I know I’m late to the Kendra Adachi bandwagon, but here I am! She inspired me to write my own 10 Things Saving My Life Right Now list. The whole point is that we each have our own lists. What brings me joy is not necessarily the same thing that brings others joy. How to Heal from the Stress of the Pandemic
I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I know we aren’t likely to hit herd immunity. And we will likely live with coronavirus indefinitely. But as a school administrator, I can see the light. I feel the 2020-21 school year winding to a close. I feel like the 2021-22 school year will by way more normal than this year. Letting Go: Why I’m Giving Up on Meditation
I recently finished reading Why We Can’t Sleep: Women’s New Midlife Crisis. I have so many mixed feelings about the book. It specifically focuses on the crappy hand of cards that Generation X women have been dealt and why they are so stressed out and depressed in midlife. However, this post isn’t actually about all the conflicting feelings I had while reading the book. Instead, it’s about the concept of “letting go” and why I’m giving up on meditation.
