When I look at my children, I can’t help but think about the unconscionable injustice in our world. Why does my family get to live out our vision for how we want our life to be? Why do my children get to grow up in relative safety while other families just fight to survive? Or don’t survive? How is the way that I live built upon the suffering of others? Most immediately, I am wondering, “What can we do to help families at the border?”

Friends of ours just suffered a terrible loss in their lives. I know Matt and I need to do something. However, it’s always hard to know how to help a grieving friend from a distance. Easy Meal Planning: The Struggle Is Real
I have been in such a meal planning rut lately. Fortunately, I love my system for organizing recipes, selecting which meals we are going to eat, and generating a grocery list organized by category. However, finding recipes that meet all of my criteria feels like too much work. I struggle to find recipes that support easy meal planning!
