Last week, I attended a training in Austin about how to start a charter school. When I first heard about the training, I thought, “There’s no way I can go. It’s in the middle of May, and Henry won’t even be three months yet. I won’t be able to pump enough milk to leave him in Houston with a babysitter while I travel all the way to Austin and back.
