Easy Meals from Trader Joe’s: What We Are Trying
Lately, we’ve been enjoying Hungryroot for meal delivery. The food is healthy, packed with vegetables, SUPER easy to put together each night (10 minutes or less), and relatively affordable. However, we are starting to get tired of the repetition. Also, the kids are not thrilled about the recipes. Enter Easy Meals from Trader Joe’s!
My plan is to recreate the Hungryroot experience with ingredients from Trader Joe’s instead. Will it work? We shall see!

- Pizza
- Burritos
- Vegetarian BBQ Sandwiches with arugula salad

Taco Bar: How to Build Community in an Unhappy Country
I know this taco bar post is kind of lame. I am not one who should be writing about food things! But, hear me out! I’m writing about it because it can be hard to find community in our lives. The United States is only the 19th happiest nation in the world, despite all our material resources. And the research shows that community and connection are significantly linked to happiness.
