So my natural deodorant saga continues. It turns out that I am allergic to baking soda (which one of you predicted, several attempts ago). The deodorant I made from three simple ingredients (which worked like a charm!), gave me itching and then weird, huge bumps. I won’t go into much detail. A Natural Deodorant That Works
As I’ve written about many times, I’ve been trying to switch to more natural and healthy personal care products. I’ve switched to a new shampoo, and I already use a great soap. The main item on my list was moving away from a harsh antiperspirant. Honestly, I’m scared of the aluminum in antiperspirants and the parabens that are in a lot of personal care products. Getting Healthy
I’m not the kind of person who believes “everything happens for a reason,” but I do believe everything that happens eventually leads to good things as well as bad things.When I found out our baby was dead, I wracked my brain trying to think of some of the good things that might be in store for us because of this sad event. It was difficult to do.
