    Remember when Annie Dillard said, “How we spend our days is how we spend our lives”? Today’s topic delves into the rituals and routines that we bring into our lives in order to have more purpose, joy, and community. Katherine has powerful rituals that ground her on a daily basis.     School starts this week for my boys. Henry is going into 3rd grade, and Tate is going into 1st. Whenever there are new transitions, I like to step back and reflect on how life is going and see if there are any adjustments I want to make.
