Women’s Retreat: What’s on the Agenda
My Women’s Retreat is coming up this Friday! I’m so excited for so many reasons!
First, my friend Allison put together an elaborate menu. She loves to cook, and she’s really good at it.
Second, I’m excited to reconnect with folks I haven’t seen in a very long time.
I’m also excited for some introspection time. It’s a natural moment for reflection because our big push to set up an AirBnb is finally finished. And the new school year is starting—for me and for our boys. Matt’s life will go back to his glorious pre-COVID days. He’ll get to go on 3-hour runs and work on his photography business. He will hopefully be a lot less stressed out! And maybe with the boys back in school our house will be a bit cleaner?
I am struggling with how to structure the time. I want there to be some structure but not too much structure. It’s a delicate balance for sure. Here’s what I’m tentatively thinking…
