The Best Kind of Wedding: In My Opinion
This past weekend, we traveled to the Sierra Nevada Mountains for what I personally consider to be the best kind of wedding. I love weddings that include: a beautiful natural setting, quality time for quality conversations with the people getting married, and a relaxed atmosphere. West Texas with Kids: Our Recent RV Vacation
For our recent Fall Break, our family rented an RV and traveled to Big Bend National Park. West Texas with kids is really fun!
We had been talking about renting an RV for years and finally got around to doing it. I think we took so long to move forward because RVing doesn’t align to our “formula” for our favorite kinds of vacations. For example, our summer vacation to Upstate New York fit our formula precisely.

Best Tent for Family Camping: The One We Love!
In general, I spend a lot of time thinking about something before I spend money on it. I debated for a long time about what we wanted to do about our tent situation. We finally landed on what feels like the best tent for family camping!
Before Matt and I met, we each had our own tents. We consolidated down to just my tent because it was in better condition. But my tent didn’t comfortably fit all four of us. So we debated about whether to get another 2-person tent or to get a bigger tent for all of us to share.
