Revamping My Organizational System
Friends! I’m okay. Thank you for your messages of concern. It’s only been four days without posts!Life has been quite hectic around here:- Two-week vacation at the in-laws house while having a miscarriage.
- Matt was out of town for 1.5 weeks.
- My part-time job ballooned into a 200% time job, as we busted our butts to get ready for the first day of school. I was working full days, as well as Saturdays and Sundays.
- We traveled back to Indiana for Matt’s cousin’s wedding.
- Henry has swim lessons every day for 10 minutes. The pool is about 20 minutes in the opposite direction of everything else. We’ve been in

Halloween Update
From EtsyAfter pondering the grape idea for several days (thank you for your suggestions!), I realized that I should probably factor in comfort a little more for little Henry’s Halloween costume. Knowing my little boy, I don’t think he’ll be comfortable with little spheres sticking out all over him (he likes to sit down to eat–frequently).I went back to thinking about his favorite things. Henry Feeding the Dog: 16 Months
I promised one of Henry’s great-grandmothers that I would send along a video of him feeding Hoss. I thought I should share it in this space, too.I’m so thankful I found the Montessori approach to parenting and education. It makes so much sense to me. I can see Henry’s confidence and sense of self growing every single day.And did you see Meg’s mention of our little book over at Sew Liberated? I’m tickled pink by her kind words. I’m a huge fan of hers.
