Bloated Abdomen: What Could Be the Cause?

I’ve been using Noom now for more than 9 weeks. I love how it helps me be so much more mindful about what I’m eating, when I’m eating, and how much I’m eating. I’m losing weight and my clothes fit better. I’m making sure to walk at least 8,000 steps a day. However, I’m realizing that I have a bloated abdomen, and I’m not sure what the cause might be.

I love doing the Wheel of Life Reflection Exercise every once in a while. It helps me take stock of how I’m doing with my one wild and precious life.

Moving Checklist: How to Simplify as Much as Possible

When I made a list of things I wanted to work on over Fall Break, I realized it was time to start planning our move! As of writing this post, we have 41 days left!
