    Noom for a Healthy Life

    I’m still going strong with using Noom for a healthy life. It has been about 2.5 months. I’ve been putting much better habits into place, which feels great. I’ve also lost about 15 pounds.

    One of the activities Noom had us do last week was to brainstorm some of our new habits versus our old habits.

    The first thing I love is that I’m walking thousands of steps every day. I hit this goal through a combination of working at my treadmill desk and going for walks through the neighborhood.
