    I was so inspired by this Lazy Genius Podcast episode. I know I’m late to the Kendra Adachi bandwagon, but here I am! She inspired me to write my own 10 Things Saving My Life Right Now list. The whole point is that we each have our own lists. What brings me joy is not necessarily the same thing that brings others joy.     Washable Rugs: A Few of My Favorites

    So far (knock on wood), we are on track to close on our vacation home at the end of April. I started shopping for durable rugs. My new go-to source for washable rugs is Ruggable. I love the ability to easily machine wash a rug.

    We currently own four Ruggable rugs, and I’ve been happy with them.

    I’ve talked a lot lately about how I’m learning about perimenopause. (Here is a weekly newsletter with the top three perimenopause resources from around the web, if it interests you!) It is a relief to find out that the best way to prepare your body for perimenopause aligns with what we were already supposed to do:

    1. Adequate sleep
    2. Good nutrition
    3. Regular movement
