I want to meet my children where they are, to meet their needs, and to rest assured that everything will turn out fine. I want to enact daily habits that will leave us feeling healthy.

I’m still smiling over here about our summer vacation to upstate New York. What a gorgeous part of the country during a gorgeous time of the year. (Hello, ticks!).

I celebrated my 42nd birthday this weekend! I debated various ideas about how to celebrate and decided to do a night away with Matt at a hotel. (This photo is not from the hotel; it’s from our recent RV trip to Big Bend.)
